Provide an innovative solution to a certain problem away from familiar procedures which contributes significantly in improving the way of providing the services to customers 20% Creativity and Innovation​

Evaluation mechanism

All participations and suggestions will be evaluated by a committee through an evaluation card which has been designed for this purpose.
